Commelina communis L. (синеглазка) – пожалуй, самое красивое сорное растение. Описана из Китая, распространена на Дальнем Востоке, занесена на Кавказ, юг Европы, Сибирь, Южную и Северную Америку. Вопрос о том, является ли это растение заносным для российского Дальнего Востока, является открытым, но если его и занесли, то еще до появления здесь европейцев. Цветки коммелины использовались для окраски рыбьей кожи в синий цвет, поэтому данное растение специально разводили для этой цели. Кроме того, это растение используется в китайской медицине при заболеваниях тонкой кишки, почек, как тонизирующее и противоопухолевое.

Совершенно солидарен с тем что это красивейший из сорняков. На Камчатском полуострове она так же растёт, но всё же это заносной вид. Его изображение мы можем увидеть по марке почтовой службы Японии 1966 года выпуска.

Ой какая прелесть. У нас в стране оказывается ещё и коммелины растут smile.gif Гордость за страну растетsmile.gif). А по поводу лесочка под Звенигородом, я думаю что прибежала с ближайших дач. Лет десять назад в садовых центрах мелькали корешки именно видовых коммелин. Хотя поручится за то что именно эта была в продаже не могу.

Сейчас в продаже пошли в основном сортовые и кто у них в роду - сие известно только голландцам. Но на участках в Подмосковье чувствуют себя замечательно.
